This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.
Essential Duties:
Originate and send out monthly invoices to customers
Pay vendors weekly
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Run weekly employee payroll
Successful Candidates Must Have:
Previous experience in AR/AP
1-2 years of recent QuickBooks experience
Background in logistics
Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and be organized
