    Our History

    In 1980, Peg Mativi and Mary Iannarino started JT/SG Enterprises, Inc., a retained search firm, serving clients in the Greater Columbus market.

    As the company grew, many of the clients who had grown to trust JT/SG for the highest-caliber candidates for direct hire positions began requesting that the same stringent recruiting and screening process be used to provide temporary employees while a search was being conducted. In 1987, SOLUTIONS Staffing was opened as a division of JT/SG to provide temporary employees.

    By 1995, the companies were consolidated into the single SOLUTIONS Staffing brand with offices in Columbus (OH), Cincinnati (OH), Charlotte (NC), Atlanta (GA), and Phoenix (AZ).

    Solutions Staffing has 6 times been included on the Business First Fast Fifty list as one of the fifty fastest growing companies.
