Exciting job opportunities in Obetz, Ohio! A well-established manufacturer of personalized décor and gift items is seeking Printing Operators to join the production team!
Essential Duties:
- Support production goals, including quality output and 24-hour turnaround targets
- Help streamline printing workflows and improve related processes
- Manage print-related inventory as needed
- Perform routine printer maintenance, including changing printheads and cleaning encoder strips
- Replace ink supplies and run OPQs (Optimize Print Quality modules) between roll changes
- Ensure smooth handoff and readiness for the next shift
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Experience in a production or print environment preferred
- Knowledge of RIP software (training provided on in-house systems)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for sizing and color correction
