- Manage daily manufacturing operations balancing labor, materials, and machine capacity to hit output targets.
- Responsible for process optimization improving throughput, cycle time and yield.
- Ensure the accuracy of plant inventories.
- Direct, coordinate and supervise front line leadership, leads and operators.
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Previous production management experience
- Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and organization skills
