Essential Duties:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, dimensions, and tools for optimal performance
- Perform equipment changeovers, including dies, programs, blades, and cutters
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
- Track production output and assist with machine setup
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
