Essential Duties:

The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is leading the development of new business by initiating the sales process with prospective clients, and ultimately securing the business relationship. Additionally, the Staffing Consultants reporting to this role initiate and manage the same sales process under the Regional Sales Manager’s guidance.

Both the Regional Sales Manager and their team members:

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective client. They analyze the prospective client’s needs and build custom staffing solutions and making recommendations.
  • Build, customize and deliver sales presentations, maintain and manage client and prospect data in our salesforce automation tools, and proactively seek new opportunities by telemarketing, making cold calls, and acquiring referrals.

Successful Candidate Must Have:

The right candidate will have business-to-business sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of building relationships. Other important attributes include resourcefulness, flexibility, ability to manage their own activity, and a strong desire to succeed.
