Essential Duties:

  • Understand and resolve issues in Filling and Packaging
  • Ensure timely and quality production line performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, quality, and staffing
  • Log accurate transactions in the Inventory Management System
  • Train new team members and ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Positive attitude with ability to coach a team
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
