Essential Duties:
- Enter project details into company databases and create regular reports.
- Keep project files organized and updated, including contracts and permits.
- Assist project managers with scheduling, presentations, and other tasks.
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8am – 5pm
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Previous data entry experience
- Previous construction office experience
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
