Essential Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with insurance inquiries.
Maintain accurate prospect records in the agency management system.
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming electronic customer service requests and inquiries.
Successful Candidates Must Have:
Customer service skills gained from prior work experience
Excellent time management skills with a high attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, and eager to learn agency management systems
