SOLUTIONS Staffing, a well-respected regional staffing firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. Ideally this person would have strong leadership and/or management experience.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall success of our staffing operations. This position requires very good communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to assess candidates’ skills and experiences. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, maintaining candidate and client relationships, managing the onboarding process, and collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Successful Candidates Must Have:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Must be good with detail and have excellent administrative skills.
Ideal candidate will have some supervisory experience.
