Immediate need for a person with strong supervisory skills to manage a team of recruiters to meet our client needs! Our company is rapidly expanding and looking to hire a Branch Manager for one of our successful Phoenix-area offices. Essential Duties:

  • You will be trained to interview, give orientations, maintain personnel files, manage employee relations, and handle a variety of administrative duties.
  • We are seeking individuals with great people skills and the ability to work with our internal employees, client companies, and our temporary workforce.
  • Be trained for Administrative Human Resources duties

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • The ideal candidate will have some experience in either Human Resources or the Staffing industry
  • Prior management experience in a related role
  • We are looking to hire someone with 3-4 years of supervisory experience, who is good with detail, and who has a strong sense of urgency.
