Essential Duties:

  • Generate insurance quotes and issue necessary documentation.
  • Process policy change requests in a timely and accurate manner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and education on insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • Customer service skills gained from prior work experience
  • Excellent time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, and eager to learn agency management systems
